Day-wise Itinerary
Your complete trek flow from arrival to departure.
Day 1: Dehradun to Gangotri
Drive to Gangotri and check in for the night. Spend some time near the temple and river.
Day 2: Gangotri to Chirbasa
Start the trek on a well-defined trail along the Bhagirathi river. Camp or stay near Chirbasa.
Day 3: Chirbasa to Bhojbasa
Continue trekking through the broad valley toward Bhojbasa. Rest well before the glacier approach.
Day 4: Gaumukh visit and climb to Tapovan
Visit Gaumukh and then continue to Tapovan across glacier terrain with guide support. Camp in the meadow below Shivling.
Day 5: Tapovan to Gangotri
Descend via Bhojbasa and continue to Gangotri. Overnight stay in a guesthouse.
Day 6: Gangotri to Dehradun
Drive back after breakfast.
